Business Tools

In order to develop and run a successful SBHC, the clinic needs to be sustainable beyond the first year. NASBHC has created the following tools to assist with running the business end of the SBHC.

Cost survey: Create a personalized summary report of what the total costs, monetary and societal, are to operate a SBHC.

Practice Management Improvement (PMI) Tool: A web-based training that teaches how to assess and improve the quality of a SBHC’s practice management.

Additional business planning tools are availabe on NASBHC's Road Map.
